Pierre Mang is one of Burgundy's most exciting up-and-coming talents. His CV reads like a dream, with stints alongside Jean-Yves Bizot, Philippe Valette, and Alexandre Jouveaux. Pierre started with a small, organically farmed plot surrounded by woodlands, called ‘Le Parc,’ but he’s since expanded to nearly 4 hectares across neighboring villages in the Mâconnais. In the cellar, he brings a delicate, thoughtful approach that lets the wines express their unique character. With his down-to-earth attitude and exceptional talent, Pierre is definitely one to watch. Currently very much drink on sight kinda wines.
