.... Parched, LC Selections + Liberty Wines Present: Pinosity

OOFT, here we go! We're stoked to bring you Pinosity, a tasting of sublime, Godly juice from the Southern Hemisphere (Better Hemisphere). We'll be joined by no less than Paul Lipscombe of Sailor Seeks Horse, one of our own, and the newly crowned Queen of Pinot, Mel Chester of Giant Steps. Many of you will have fond, if hazy, memories of the last time Mel was in town, and combined with the elite level Tassie Pinot of Sailor Seeks, its sure to be a repeat. 

We'll be further joined on the night by Sal and Jack from Stella's who'll be knocking out tartare in nori. Times!
