.... Parched + Dan's Present: Domaine Gross

Gross but not gross, if you know what I mean?

In a world of macerated wine which often flatters to deceive some producers rise far, far above. On a faithful afternoon in November 2023 we stumbled into the cellar of Domaine Gross in Alsace (exact town name is unspellable). 

Surrounded by spotless amphora and tasting through a range starting with elite grower Champagne level Cremant, dazzling macerations and tonic like Pinot we were all blown away. When you know you know.

We're stoked to welcome Vincent and Julie to London for a few days, culminating in a night at Dan's. Get involved.
