Perpetually changing, always delicious. The majority of the wine comes from the latest vintage but gets blended together in concrete vats which contain juice from as far back as 2010. The vat is constantly topped up to prevent oxidation and the resulting wine has plenty of fresh citrus coming from the younger juice, whilst the older juice adds salinity. ABV: 12.5%
