O2Y is the brainchild of Olivier, Yves, and Yoshi, three negoce winemakers based in the Jura. Yoshi's other gig is at Overnoy, so he knows what he's doing. The grapes they source are all top-quality and biodynamically farmed, and are vinified using Olivier's facilities in Poligny. Seriously exciting stuff coming out of this domaine.
