A blend from two years, thanks to the shocker that was the '21 harvest. Gotta work with what you got, and O2Y came out swinging with this one. The combination of two different vintages from two different terroirs resulted in this ultra delicate bottling, with lily-esque florals and ripe yellow fruit aromas at first, giving way to a magical mouthful of citrus, minerality and honey. Drink it now or leave it alone for a few years; either way, this is a stunner. ABV: 12.9%
