Direct pressed Carignan from Cassagnes, a small village at 350m above sea level located between Corbières and the Pyrenees. Is it red? Is it rosé? Who cares, frankly. When it tastes like this you don't ask questions, you just drink it. Sour, fruity, almost sherbet-y. They're making magic chez O2Y. ABV: 11.5%
