Style: Natural, pure

100% Sangiovese and 100% delicious. Spontaneous fermentation with no added SO2. The fruit here comes off two sites. One is lower altitude, more clay-dominant soils and always produces a generous, welcoming expression. The other is higher up and planted on limestone, bringing tension. Both are farmed biodynamically. Doesn't see any oak, and all the better for it. I have so much love for this bottling. Purity and pleasure. ABV: 12%
