Mataburro makes some of the most enjoyable wines in France in my eyes. Freshness and drinkability that defy the ever-challenging growing conditions this far South. With little rain and plenty of sun, I'm always floored at how vibrantly fresh these bottles are. A little natural spritz on opening, that I enjoy, but also acts as a natural protection for the wine. The juicy fruit is met with an irresistible floral note courtesy of the Muscat. Serve chilled. ABV: 11%
