Old vine Macabeu that's been macerated for maximum drinking pleasure. Most of the French wouldn't dare to lift a finger in August. Melissa & Laurent are built different. This was picked on the 5th to ensure plenty of freshness despite the ever-rising temperatures in these parts. This vintage is a cracker. High-toned tropical fruit, fleshy texture and just enough grip. The finish is super salty. One of those wines where one glass is never enough. ABV: 11%
