Malinga is the project of Christoph Heiss, who took over his family's winery in 2013. Christoph trained in South Africa with both Testalonga and Intellego (flex) so you know he likes things natty. Us too! His family has 12 hectares of vines, but he only uses around 0.5 of that for the Malinga project - the best of the best.
