Katie Worobeck spent a few years working in the vines in her hometown of Ontario before striking gold with a gig chez Ganevat. She spent five years working there before taking over a small parcel in the famed 'Les Varrons' lieu-dit, and has since expanded to another three hecatres in 'Au Carre'. She works organically and biodynamically, with the ultimate goal of nourishing the soil, to which end she has begun planting trees and shrubs among her vines to encourage diversity.
