Proper rich this one, just how I like my fizz, with all the texture and intensity Laval's wines are known for. Almost too many tasting notes to mention, such is the complexity here, but a few standouts are dried pear, hazelnuts and crushed flowers. Based on the 2016 vintage with reserve wine from 2013, 2014 and 2015. Elegant, juicy and fresh. Wow, my mouth just filled with saliva. Weird. ABV: 12%
