Proper rich this one, just how I like my fizz, with all the texture and intensity Laval's wines are known for. Almost too many tasting notes to mention, such is the complexity here, but a few standouts are dried pear, hazelnuts and crushed flowers. Elegant, juicy and fresh. Reserve wines from '13 right through to '23. Wow, my mouth just filled with saliva. Weird. ABV: 12%
