100% Vermentino di Corso. Destemmed and fermented on skins for 2-3 days depending on the vintage. Pressed to a mix of cement and one tronconic wooden barrel for aging through winter. Racked at least 3 times before bottling. Natural malolactic fermentation. Minimal added sulphur and no filtering or fining. ABV: 13.5%
