I'm writing this having busted the bottle open and had a decent session on it. A bit shy at first, I was almost questioning my life choices when it started to unfurl. What acidity, just the most well balanced creamy thing you'll ever sip on. Then the fruit, flowing through in that lightly oxidative green apple kind of fashion. A ripper.
