This was a standout from a mammoth day of tasting. My colleague, who went the following day concurred. Perhaps due to the pleasing, but restrained, amount of residual sugar providing some much-needed respite for the palette. Insanely high acid cuts any sweetness to shreds and makes this incredibly thirst-quenching. Pair this with something sweet or spicy, and you're laughing. A guilty pleasure wine, that you shouldn't feel so guilty about. Sometimes a touch of sweetness is what you need, no shame in that. ABV: 9%
