IMO, Grüner is criminally underrated. Works for me though, coz it usually means it's also criminally underpriced. I'll take it! The grapes are left on their skins for 24 hours before a year's nap in old barrels, so this bottling is all about texture. Flavours of lemon pith and white pepper combine with searing acidity and mouthwatering freshness for a finish that you'll still be thinking about the next day. ABV: 13%
