A far cry from what you'd expect from your typical Aussie Shiraz. This sees some carbonic maceration for a full-on fruit attack.  Dark cherries, earthy, and a smidge of grainy tannin. The fruit was picked early to help retain plenty of acidity making this drink like a damn good Lambrusco. ABV: 13.5%
