Henri stretched out to source a little fruit from Burgundy, Savigny-lès-Beaune no less. Whole bunch ferment in steel and barrel. Shy at first but after some time this turned into one of the most complelling expressions of Pinot I've tasted in yonks. Nimble fruit woven through with tea and spice. The finish carries Henri's mineral imprint. So good. ABV: 13%
