A perfumed and pretty shade of pink. Here Gamay gets a long, slow direct press before it's ferment in barrel and aging in steel. Lazor sharp and driving on the palate this has arrived just in time for those warmer evenings. Bursting with crushed, wild berries I can see myself putting a rather large dent in the sadly limited supply of these. ABV: 13%
