I love an atypical expression, and this is about as atypical as it comes. Directly pressed Gamay gives us a golden-hued and golden-fruited white. Zippy almost sherbert-like acidity carries smoke and citrus before you get a distinctly mineral finish from the iron-rich red clay soil. ABV: 11.5%
