Hand harvested fruit from two mature Barossa vineyards. Picking was done at night to avoid the heat and preserve acidity. Tiring. Mostly wholebunch fermented and hand plunged, Riley isn't looking for massive extraction, favouring perfume and freshness. Aim = achieved. Its an aromatic dream, floral, raspberry fruited and earthen. I'd be chilling it down and not bothering to keep the cork. ABV: 13.6%
