Domaine Guy Allion wasn’t always just about wine – they used to be a polyculture estate, with a couple of hectares of vines alongside cereal and animal feed production, like most of the domaines in Touraine at the time. In 1968, Guy made moves towards changing the estate to 100% viticulture, a goal they achieved in 1991. His son Cedric joined the party in 1999, and began modernising and developing it.
