This is mainly Grecanico Dorato, an Etna mutation of Grecanico alongside a few other local varieties that not even Sonia is fully certain of. Whilst the blend might be a mystery, I can say with certainty this is one of the tastiest skin soaked whites I've had in some time. Grapes grown at over 1200 meters make for an energetic and elegant wine. Give this time, and you'll be amazed at what you find. Fleshy yellow plums, crushed rocks, and a soothing hit of chamomile. Minuscule quantities. ABV: 12%
