Gros Canon is the project from Kevin Barbry, one of the nicest guys in the wine biz. The day job sees him slingin' the good stuff for our pals Les Caves but he still somehow manages to find time to help out down at Ham Street and run this lil' side project. I'm glad he has better time management than me! Refreshment here comes in the form of rhubarb and grapefruit. No adds, just pure pleasure. It almost seems blasphemous when the wine is this good but if you add a splash of vermouth and a wedge of grapefruit you've got a silly good concoction. Can't wait to see what's next Kevin! ABV: 10.5%
