Some lesser known red varieties in this one, including Galicia's answer to Pinot Noir. With an elegance all too often missing from Spanish reds, this is fresh and green on the nose, with tart red fruit and an almost minty note in the mouth. A little wild, but in the best way. ABV: 11%
