From nuclear enginerr to incredible winemaker, Eric is cleary one talented guy. His passion for wine like many began in Burgundy, but after being bitten by the bug he began to fall for the old school of wines of the Rhône from the likes of Gentaz and Pouchoulin. Favouring whole bunches, natural yeasts and a more traditional way of doing things Eric is allow about allowing the terroir of his sites to shine. Brézème used to rival the likes of Hermitage for the best of the Northern Rhône, but was steadily on the decline until Eric stepped in. He is considered somewhat of a pioneer now and his work is slowly putting these lesser known regions back on the map. Bravo Eric.
