Fruit from a single, high altitude plot up on Etna. Really high, 850m high. The vineyard is mostly Nerello M, but following the old way is co-planted with a mix of other local varieties, both red and white. As with all things Acosta, this is the business. Needs some air to fully show its splendour but then it really rips. ABV: 13.5%
