Probably should be keeping this for myself but here you go instead. The first vineyard of the Roulot stable to be picked, yet always the ripest, riddle me that. If ever there is a vineyard to show off winemaking prowess, this is it. There's a richness to the profile, but so much precision and riotous freshness that I'm blown away. Brawn, yes, but brains too.
