A new addition to Macle's impressive line-up, this bottling comes from 50-year-old vines planted in limestone clay soils on a north facing slope in Chateau-Chalon. It spends three years under flor, and is a touch more subtle than the Chardy/Savvy blend, with a strong note of morels, spice and salinity. Oxy wine done right is a beautiful thing to behold. ABV: 14.5%
