As the name suggests, the fruit is picked from parcels on Schist. Most of the Pinot Blanc spends 3 weeks on skins before being joined by direct press juice from the Pinot Gris and the remaining Blanc. I love how juicy this vintage is. Mango Rubicon anyone? Plus, we're back to zero sulphur at bottling. Divine. ABV:11.9%
