A wine vinified by the legendary Dominique Belluard before his tragic passing, and bottled by Vincent Ruiz, the new owner of the estate. The last bottling of this wine, ever, as Vincent plans to focus the estate on still wines - so if you want this, now's the time. Made from vines from several different plots, some planted on yellow marl and some on white, this is full of pear fruit and creaminess, with beautiful flinty notes and herbs on the finish. A gorgeous expression of the lesser-known Gringet grape, and about as limited as they come. Snap it up. ABV: 12.5%
