The domaine's oldest (110 years, to be precise) and also highest (620m) vineyard, means this is the last one to be picked after a slow ripening season. There's some serious herbal notes kicking along here, alongside floral aromatics, delicate fruit and cracking minerality. The finish just goes on and on. This is one for the cellar, I reckon.  ABV: 12.5%
