The Lumachelles plot sits in the northern sector of the Jura, just above Arbois. Prime territory IMHO. Ultra light and delicate, with a raspberry laden fruit profile. Red ferments at Cavarodes are always semi-carbo, so things are bright and airy. ABV: 12%
