You can think of this as a baby Vin Jaune. This spends only a couple of years under flor for a somewhat restrained example of the traditional wines of the region. 2018 was a hot one in the Jura and as such the fruit is ripe which helps to balance out those signature nutty, saline notes you get from the sous voile style. ABV: 14.5%
