Domaine de Montbourgeau is nestled away in the small, picturesque village of L’Etoile in the Jura. They make a dizzying amount of wines in a whole heap of styles from ‘topped up’ all the way through to an intoxicating vin jaune and plenty of other oxidative whites. Family run for several generations these are timeless, traditional expressions.
