A week and a half spent bathing with skin and flesh intact, they aren't exactly looking for a macerated white, rather some extra texture and pithy shape. Achieved it too. A load of orange peel comes on from the off, followed by said texture, and great restraint. It's got all the things I want in a white of this nature. Flesh and interest, yet bitterness and gastronomic potential. Line up behind me. ABV: 12.4%
