Our beloved Savagnin is given a 12 day bath on its skins before being sent off to chill out in some concrete. There is spice aplenty and a confit-like citrus character on the nose, whilst the palate brings the same energy but with a pronounced and thoroughly enjoyable bitter amaro-like finish. Skinsy Savagnin can do no wrong in my eyes. ABV: 13.5%
