IYKYK. Easily, the most coverted bottling from the Domaine. Stirctly reserved for the real heads. As the name suggests, pretty old vine material from over in Saint-Bris. Some of the oldest Aligote going around, I'd wager. These kind of wines take so much work that for many it is barely worth bothering. So be thankful. Momentous stuff. If you age this, I'll buy it back for silly amounts in a few years down the line. Drink one now, one for the cellar. ABV: 12.5%
