Dario Prinčič’s estate is sandwiched between Gravner and Radikon, so you already know this wine is gonna be top notch. His biodynamic vineyards comprise eight hectares of Ribolla Gialla, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Tocai Friulano, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and he hand-harvests the whole lot. Dario only produces 4000 bottles a year, coz he’s mean. Or coz he really cares about quality. Either way, these are something special.
