Clemens and his wife Rita were among the first German producers to undertake organic farming, and their estate transitioned to biodynamic practices in 2005. They belong to the coveted VDP (stands for a very long German word) organisation which represents the best of the best producers in the country. Their wines are razor-sharp, plush in texture and totally reflective of the terroir they come from. A must for all you Riesling addicts out there.
