The Ciello estate enjoys hundreds of hectares of organic vines, harvesting at night and using temperature controlled ferments to produce bright, refreshing wines. The vines are also between 150 and 300m above sea level, allowing for a more gradual ripening period than is usually possible in the boiling climes of Sicily. They produce seriously good value natural wines, unfined and unfiltered for that nice hazy colour. Have at it!
