After moving to Tasmania for his job with the Rosevears Estate in the Tamar Valley, Jim Chatto fell in love with Tasmanian Pinot. Despite leaving a few years later, his love affair with this grape from this place never wavered. After searching for the perfect vineyard site, Jim planted in 2007 before releasing the first vintage in 2013. These are some of the finest wines coming out of Tasmania and certainly the best starting point for those unfamiliar to the region.
