A benchmark, and one of the oldest producers in Beaujolais. The wonderful combination of old vine plots, organic viticulture and traditional fermentation techniques in their gravity-fed winery lead to a swathe of aromatically complex, beautifully-fruited Beaujolais with the structure and pedigree to mature gracefully for many decades.
