Single vineyard Chenin from a lil parcel planted on schist and sandstone in Bonnezeaux, which is a decent village to call home. Punchy minerality overlaid with some smoky notes, crunchy green apple and apricot fruit, all tied off with killer acidity. A ripper, as in one you need to rip the cork out of right now. ABV: 13%
