Valli Unite was one of Italy’s first natural co-ops, kicking things off in the 70s. The vines live in and amongst beehives, farm animals, orchards, and woods filled with truffles. Aesthetic much? They also still footstomp their grapes, which is awesome. Every farm worker is paid the same, so it’s a co-op in the truest sense of the word. The vineyards are organic and biodynamic, too. What’s not to like?
