Tamerán is the collaboration between footballer and Canary Islands native David Silva and Jonathan García, owner of and winemaker at Suertes del Marqués. Local varieties abound in the vineyard, including Verdello, Marmajuelo, Baboso Blanco, Vijariego Blanco and Malvasía Aromática. Tamerán’s wines are fermented in barrel using native yeasts, and their goal is to produce fresh, mineral wines that express the area’s unique microclimate and volcanic soils.
