...be my maker #10 feat... Tim Wildman + Matt Gregory

British wine. Never thought I'd see the day. But the day is here, so I'm gonna embrace it. And what better way than with two of Britain's best? Tim Wildman and Matt Gregory are bringing us five of their finest pet nats. That's right. Five fizzers. To celebrate... idk, global warming? 

Tim Wildman is a Master of Wine (yes, that's a thing) on a mission to save Britain's lost vineyards, and all the weird and wonderful heritage varieties they have to offer. Matt Gregory makes wines in both Italy and the UK, the latter of which are based on Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Bacchus grown in the Leicestershire Wolds. They're both stand up guys, so come stand up (or sit down?) with them and we'll all toast to the king, or something else British.
