The Suelo Vivo (living soil, if you're interested) project was created so the winemakers could experiment with different blends and ageing vessels, so each vintage is a completely new wine. Fun! This is 90% Garnacha Blanca with a sprinkling of Moscatel for an aromatic lift. The grapes have a ten day bath on skins, and the result is an explosion of tropical fruit, tinned pineapple and a slight creaminess. The perfect intro to orange wine. ABV: 13%
