Labet Alumni at work here giving the Jura whites some extended time on their skins. This is a heady, complex amber hued delight that has already seen a couple years of ageing to mellow things out. Incredibly tempted to lay this down and see how those nutty notes develop but equally want to dive into the plethora of salty, pithy citrus fruit that's showing atm. ABV: 13%
