Allante and Boulanger, Chardonnay 'La Chèvre' 2020

Vibe: Intense

Lieu-dit La Chèvre is a miniscule 0.2 hectares of 90 year old vines, so yields are predictably tiny. All the better for the wine though - it's incredibly concentrated and deep. Yellow and citrus fruits abound, followed by notes of honey and almond and a beautifully creamy palate, all balanced out by searing acidity. Super limited, for super good reason. ABV: 12%
